Give yourself a chance.

Well sometimes in life, you can see that there’s a huge change coming to you. Something that will make a great impact on your life. But to do that means you’ll have to make sacrifices for that future. If you don’t, your life becomes meaningless. You worry so much, about the “What ifs” and “Whys”. I guess sometimes we think too much and feel too little. You feel a sense of accomplishment and joy in your heart but your mind says otherwise. So yeah, taking a risk that comes from a positive feeling in your heart is a better option than the worries of your mind.

Denis Cheru

The adage “Trust your instincts” they say. It is always helpful to have all facts laid out in front of us while making a decision. In some cases, however, that is just not possible. Whether deciding the best course of action to take or to decide which people to let in our lives, we are left with one important asset: our instincts. Our instincts have been shown to have information that we do not consciously understand. You know what to do but fear is holding you back, you don’t trust yourself enough to chase something, isn’t it?. But when we start to over-analyze everything, we worry and come up with all kinds of what-ifs scenarios. We get scared and take the route which everyone before us has taken “Safe route”. So listen to yourself and have faith in yourself. We can make detours with our minds but can’t distract the truth from our hearts. In the end, trust your instincts even though you can give no reason. Give yourself a chance.
