The long wait.
Sometimes when one is due for something and it’s not forthcoming, anxiety and worry set in. This makes people either lose hope and give up or keep waiting till something changes. Many people have found themselves in situations where they yarn for freedom, promotion, marriage, reward, and more but they have either chosen silence due to fear of the unknown or they don’t have the courage to speak out.
