I love me and you.

‘I love me and you’ is a beautiful depiction of shared intimacy that reflects the truest form of love where a woman is loving herself just as much as she is being loved.

Romantic love can be all consuming but you should not lose yourself in it. If anything, love should be that place where you find yourself, a spark that ignites your fire and let’s you shine bright rather than diminishing your light. We are meant to love and appreciate ourselves and find others who we can share that love and appreciation with so we can come to that place where we can give and receive love that is pure and unconditional.

Ivy Naba

“Shared love.” We all love how love makes us all feel. To begin with, there is nothing in the world more powerful than love. Many of us think of love as that we feel for others and take this love for granted. We don’t recognize how powerful it is, we don’t appreciate what it does for us. We don’t tap fully into its power to live happier, more fulfilled lives. Why loving others is powerful and how to love others shouldn’t be just a common term to us all.

Nevertheless, there is also power in loving yourself. If you are going to love yourself, you have to know yourself first. Being honest as you explore hopes, dreams, desires, and fears. Accepting yourself by giving yourself credit for your strengths and grace for your weaknesses. Showing love to yourself and others allows one to access one’s unique powers and capabilities. If you can tap into that shared love you are unstoppable. Let yourself, love. Love yourself, Love others, and let love change your life.
