Wadjo Shopping.
“Wadjo Shopping” is a portrait illustrating a young person posing in front of an African brand store that I named “Wadjo”. It is a name attributed to the inhabitants of Northern Cameroon. This name often tends to have a questionable meaning. So, through this work, I give value to this name. Because on this work, “Wadjo” is considered a registered trademark. And also, this canvas reminds Cameroonians and Africans that they have nothing to envy about Western brands.
