Inseparable.
This work is about carrying my heritage with me. The story is personal and universal. No matter where we are as an individual, Black or white. That place we come from will always reflect on us. Where we come from is not something that can be separated from us. That is the reason why I try to add a landscape inside a bag to show where I am coming from vs where I am now.
