Kangai.
Her name means “God’s own.” A name given to girls from the Meru community in central Kenya. She was named Kangai because most probably she cheated death narrowly either during her birth or as soon as she was born due to sickness. She is a survivor, a fighter, and one who always stands for a noble cause.
