‘If you want to soar high into the sky like the branches and be glorious like the mountain, push yourself to the limit. If you don’t push yourself, you will never grow. If you don’t push yourself, you will never develop any kinds of strength. If you don’t push yourself, you will never learn and discover anything new.’

Teamwork.
“Life is full of opportunities that allow you to step outside your comfort zone and reach higher levels that you ever thought possible, but what holds us back is our frame of mind rather than any distinct lack of knowledge. How we choose to see ourselves and what we choose to tell ourselves are very important when it comes to seizing opportunities that may very well send us down a path of glory and victory. If you choose to see yourself as someone who is worthy, deserving, and more than capable, the whole game changes.”

“Frame of mind.” Many people are held back by self-limiting thoughts about who they are and what they could be. To begin with, think about all the possibilities that would suddenly open up if we could break this negative mindset. To get out of your comfort zone, with the right frame of mind. How do we embrace challenges, setbacks, and even criticism as a source of strength and growth?. A fixed mindset will put in a little effort to try anything since they have convinced themselves they are terrible at it. So why bother?. Whereas growth-minded people have every incentive to seek out opportunities for improvement and take on challenges to better their circumstances. Finally, we should all cultivate the right mindset for true success, and to realize our full potential.
