Atajere (Favored Merchandise) III.
From time immemorial women have contributed to the chain of distribution. In the olden days, they took part in planting, caring for, and harvesting produces. They also contributed to conveying the produce home from the farm. In the night they got busy sorting out the produce and merchandise. Or probably the ones they got on trade preparing them for the market the next day. In the morning they set out very early to distribute these products to fellow merchants, housewives, and traders who from far and wide come to buy. Today, too, we see women in different arms and facets of the labor market. Contributing immensely to the chain of distribution of food, utilities, and consumables. All the pieces in the favored merchandise series are dedicated to all women who through their hard work, diligence, and tenacity to help put food on the table of millions of households in society.
