Take a deep breath, release your shoulders from the ears and unclench your jaws. Remove your tongue from the roof of your shoulders. My character in this drawing seems to be in deep thought. She feels relaxed. Allowing yourself to feel and have emotions is so powerful. Let yourself feel your feelings. It’s good to schedule some time in your daily to day activities and meditate. It’s really helpful.
